Potio integrates seamlessly with Stripe to display your prices and products while providing analytical insights. You'll see a detailed list of permissions during the connection process.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues connecting to Stripe, follow these steps. If the problem persists, reach out to us directly via the live chat widget.
- Ensure you're using either the live or test Stripe environments. Note that Stripe Apps cannot be installed in a sandbox.
- Verify that you have admin access to the Stripe account where you're installing Potio.
- Open Stripe, log in to the correct account, and confirm that the correct mode (live or test) is selected. Once set, try connecting again.
